Craig Lord is the recently appointed Business Manager overseeing the Faculty's diverse clinical operations. With a background in small business, coupled with an Honours and Masters degree in Psychology, his focus is on improving the financial and operating climate of the clinics. Maintaining an environment that supports staff, provides a high standard of client services and offers a world class learning opportunity for students is the constant challenge.
Ms Hazel Bateman

Hazel has been working in the veterinary industry for more than 15 years. She was a partner in a busy small animal practice in the Northern Territory for more than 8 years and was a veterinary nurse on the Northern Beaches for several years.
Hazel is a grandmother to a 14 year old Chihuahua called Roxy, loves Grand Prix motor racing and hopes to one day surf big waves in Hawaii. She is also an avid West Coast Eagles supporter but has been known to attend Sydney Swans matches under duress.
Ms Angela McLoughlin

Angela has been with the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Sydney since 1998 undertaking various administrative functions, including financial transactions & reporting, purchasing & accounts payable, and providing general support to academic staff. Angela is also the system administrator & trainer for the practice software used in the clinic-Animal Intelligence Software.
Angela has a pet cat named Austen who at 14 years old is a frequent visitor to the UVTHS.
Ms Marianna Koureas

Certificate II in Animal Studies
Marianna joined the administration team at the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Sydney in 2004. She recently completed Certificate II in Animal Studies at Ultimo TAFE and one day hopes to become a veterinary nurse. Marianna has a very mischevious pet dog called 'Popcorn'.
Ms Nicole Kingston

Nicole has been a veterinary nurse for the last 9 years and has worked at various veterinary hospitals in both Sydney and the United Kingdom. Some of these include Kirrawee Veterinary Hospital, University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Camden, The Animal Referral Hospital, The North Shore Veterinary Hospital, RSPCA Putney, London UK and The Julia Boness Veterinary Hospital, Bedfordshire UK. Nicole has extensive training in both emergency medicine and surgical nursing.
Nicole has a Maltese x Shih Tzu called ‘Pebbles’ who is featured on the appointments page of the website and a Pearl Cockatiel called ‘Ollie’.
Ms Jessica Correa

Jessica completed her Veterinary Nursing studies in 2004 and joined the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Sydney in 2007. She has nursed animals in private practice for the past five years, and also works as an ICU nurse in an emergency clinic.
Jessica loves spending her spare time with her two Chihuahuas and Staffy.
