You should complete this form if you are:

• a new student enrolling for the first time
• re-enrolling after a period of deferment

If you are a continuing student, please pre-enrol at MyUni. You will need your UniKey login and password to access this facility. The University will send you an invoice.

If you are an International Offshore continuing student, you no longer need to fill out the enrolment form. You can now pre-enrol at MyUni and the University will send you an invoice.

NOTE: To complete this form you will need to know which units of study you wish to enrol in this semester.
