Submission of reports

Current students should refer to the AVBS WebCT site for more detailed information about the PE program.

Reports for all professional experience completed during a semester or semester break must be submitted to the Veterinary Science Faculty office (ground floor, JD Stewart building) by 5pm on Friday of week four of the following semester. If work is completed early in the semester, you may submit the report early. We strongly recommend that you complete and submit reports promptly after each professional experience.

Reports submitted after 5pm Friday, week 4 of semester will be considered late, and may incur a 5 day professional experience penalty.

Reports submitted more than one week late will not be accepted, and no time will be credited. Unsatisfactory and incomplete reports may incur the late penalty, and must be resubmitted. Reports can only be re-submitted once. If after resubmission, the report is still considered unsatisfactory, no time credit will be granted.
