Abattoir Placements 2009 - Allocation

Students undertaking the 2009 Abattoir Placement Program will be allocated to a Placement Week by random ballot. Students will provided a preference for each placement week available in order of most preferred week to undertake the placement in as ‘1’ and lest desired week to undertake the placement in as preference ‘11’.

Students will be required to provide a preference for each of the approved sites participating in the Abattoir Placement Program. Students will provide a preference for each site available with preference ‘1’ being the most preferred site to attend to preference ‘13’ the least desired site to attend.

Students will provide details of their preference for a placement week and sites by 9am Thursday, 20th November, 2008.

Students will be advised before the end of the year, when they will be undertaking their placements. Students will be advised which site they will be attending in January & February by the end of the year and in 2009 for July placements.
