Member of the Adjunct Faculty at the AGSM, Wendy is involved in authorship, design and/or delivery of organisational behaviour programs at the AGSM, School of Psychology, WARAWARA, Department of Indigenous Studies, and Department of Commerce, Macquarie University and the Department of Commerce at the University of New South Wales.
Professional Experience
Wendy runs a boutique consulting firm which conducts work in the areas of strategic planning, organisational change and performance improvement. Her consulting expertise includes strategic planning for change, primarily involving the commercialisation and performance improvement of public sector organisations. She has also worked as a senior manager in the retail and hospitality industries.
Research
Wendy has conducted research in the area of managerial decision-making, personality and bias.
Contribution to the Profession
A major focus of Wendy's work is to use the insight gained from theoretical frameworks to improve the effectiveness of leadership and managerial decisions and behaviours.
